Janelle grew up on a farm just outside of Surprise, Nebraska and learned the meaning of hard work at an early age. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. After several years working in the private sector, Janelle decided it was time to explore her real passion – real estate.

Janelle’s ‘eye for design’ and meticulous attention to detail provides a vision for properties that others often do not see. Her experiences as an investor in residential real estate are invaluable when helping clients identify and assess favorable business opportunities. When they are not renovating a rental property or tackling home improvement projects, Janelle and her husband Jarrod enjoy traveling, golfing, good wine and evenings in their back yard. Gardening is another hobby of Janelle’s. Whether she is managing her flower beds, creating a ‘vertical pallet garden’ for herbs, or lending a hand in her parent’s half-acre vegetable garden, Janelle is in many ways still just a farm girl at heart.
